Projects often start with an idea and begin to build with meetings, emails, attachments, candid conversations, and sketches on napkins. We use the MS Office Suite to collect and organize all the information relating to the project. We build the story of your project as it grows with accessible and informative documentation. For collaboration we work together in-person or by virtual meetings as best suited for the discussion. We can provide a reference library of your project where you have unlimited access to all of the details of your growing project. Whether it's equipment selection or part of a conversation from a past meeting, your project is at your fingertips.

Once you have your clearly defined goals, target dates, and project priority determined it's time to build a plan to get there. We'll help you with a practical detailed project plan to identify all of the activities from start to finish, what resources are required and when, as well as to provide you with a project budget. Our project plans will help you visualize the life of the project so you can control the scope, timeline, and budget of your project.

What you can expect is custom reporting tailored to your preferences and operation. From live project status monitoring to monthly reporting, we'll keep you informed of project status. Our go-to tool is MS Project however we can accommodate other project programs such as Wrike, Asana, GanttPro, etc.

Concept-to-Commissioned Layout
Having scale drawings and models of your project from conception to commissioning helps prevent serious problems during installation and allows for optimizing your process before the first anchor bolt is drilled. We like to work closely with customers starting early in the concept design phase of your project to find the optimal layouts for your process. Instead of playing Tetris with a tape measure and equipment brochures, we'll map your process space and work with vendors and contractors to confirm dimensions and provide you with all the visual aids you could need.

Our in-house CAD software is Sketchup which works seamlessly with Trimble's field survey equipment to provide excellent accuracy and fast mapping with much less resource-hours than traditional methods. We can work with other popular design suites such as AutoDesk and Solidworks as well.
